A strawberry yogurt w/ antioxidants (35 calories)

Lunch:
10 Mini Toasts (90 calories)
2wedges of Laughing Cow cheese (45 calories)
1 small milk carton (130 calories)

Snacks:
Strawberry Special K bar (90 calories)
Mandarin Orange (28 calories)
2 Dill pickles (10 calories)

helpful info: I am 5"1 and 94 pounds. I am a 12 y/o girl
LUNCH:
10 mini toasts

(Eat oatmeal from the can with fruit mixed in. Don't eat the packets and add one boiled egg)
A strawberry yogurt w/ antioxidants (35 calories)

Lunch:
10 Mini Toasts (90 calories)
(Large salad with chicken breast and vinegar or oil based dressing, not cream. Most schools have a salad bar or something that is still healthy)
2wedges of Laughing Cow cheese (45 calories)
1 small milk carton (130 calories)

Snacks:
Strawberry Special K bar (90 calories)
(Nuts or carrots and celery with hummus)
Mandarin Orange (28 calories)
2 Dill pickles (10 calories)


What I took out was overly processed foods and replaced them with more nutritious ones that are much better for you. Your weight is fine but what you are eating isn't healthy for your body.
