I had a mango for dinner but I'm still hungry?!

Question: I had a mango for dinner but I'm still hungry?
I had a mango that wasn't even ripe for dinner... and I'm still super hungry! What else can I eat?? (I'm on a diet)

Answers:

If your idea of a "diet" is eating a mango for dinner then you should prepare yourself for some fat gain. Eating the way you do doesn't make you lose fat it makes you lose "weight". In other words, when you start eating normally you're not only going to have the added fat (since your body is starving it stores anything it receives as fat) plus all the water weight you lost. Highly suggest you reconsider your diet.

A mango is certainly not enough to sustain your body. I would suggest eating some protein. Protein can be found in meat, tofu, nuts and grains, legumes, beans. These things all contain needed protein but will not affect your health regime.

Try listening to your body- if you are still hungry eat proteins. But don't go for the bad unhealthy snacks!

well duh, you had a mango!

eat tomatoes, celeri and cabbage...anything in the broccoli family, like cauliflower
these things fill you up and gives the impression you overate but in reality you only ingested 10-30 calories, instead of 3000...and drink water!

common knowledge

How about a baked chicken breast, baked fish or a bowl of Special K cereal. And please start taking a multivitamin to help your body sustain it's mineral content.

Not a good thing to eat a only a mango for dinner - you need a balanced meal with protein. The mango is pretty much all sugar.....

A banana!
