How to stop eating so much?!


Question: How to stop eating so much?
I need sincere answers, please. I'm a wrestler at my high school, and now that the season's over it's hard to keep from eating because you have to abstain from it a lot during that period. I just can't seem to stop, and know I will put on weight if I keep it up. Any tricks or advice? Thanks!

Here are a couple of tricks I use. First, when you feel the urge to snack, eat a granola bar (crunchy not chewy) then drink a glass of water. The granola will expand and make you feel full. Another trick is to eat plain hot air popped popcorn. It will fill you up without adding weight. Second, before you eat a regular meal, drink a glass of water. It fools your stomach into thinking it is full and you will eat less. I have used these tricks when losing or maintaining my weight and they work for me.



try to eat more fruits .salads and vegetables rather than the present food you eat... so when you eat much of these dont hav much effect in your weight. there are some chances to reduce your weight too!!



Well I heard some ads on t.v saying that if you chew gum while you're craving about food it will make it go away. Maybe you should try that.



Drink alot of water. For me it seems to counteract hunger
