Hard gainer trying to bulk up?!

Question: Hard gainer trying to bulk up?
tips please?

Answers:

it all about how you eat really, a hard gainer in particular wants to eat about five small meals a day of a mixture of protein, unsaturated fats, vitamins and minerals.
some foods you should introduce are stuff like egg whites, fresh fish, lean meats, plenty of water, whole meal bread, brown rice, fruit and vegetables(steamed vegetable if possible).

edit: oh yeah anyone tells you to do cardiovascular training when your a hard gainer is wrong as that will burn muscle, all you need to do is a fifteen minute brisk walk on a treadmill each session and that should loosen the muscles and get them warmed up, people forget not every thing they did will work for other people because everyone has a different body or a mixture of both.

edit: a hard gainer is a ecto-morph build where they are not very big in size but are very slim and toned and will find it difficult to pack on the bulk or muscle.

Eat a lot, but eat healthfully, and keep up the cardio. You don't want to be getting fat, you want to be building lean muscle. Eat a lot of protein, and weight lift 4-5 days a week for about an hour. Look up exercises and meal plans online if it helps you stick to the plan.

Edit: Anyone who tells anyone not to do cardio is wrong: It's essential that people do cardio for the health of their heart and other vital functions. You can still gain weight with cardio as long as you keep it light and brief. You gain fat when you cut out cardio, but you still gain the lean muscle if you do both. Having an aesthetically pleasing body is not as important as having a healthy body.

Been a hard gainer before.
