High Metabolism...? Need Help?!


Question: High Metabolism...? Need Help?
OK,
I'm a 13 year old male, I eat around 3500 calories a day NO JOKE.
I weigh just under 120.
I'm NOT fat
I'm somewhat skinny
I have a 6.25 Body Fat %
I have 21 BMI
I have 1545 BMR
I drink shakes with 1500 Calories 3 times a week After Lifting weights
Play Ice Hockey 2-3 times a week
Lift Weights 4 Times a week
Eat VERY healthy (moms an organic freak)

Please dont say im to young to lift weights, my uncle has been a personal trainer for 23 years...
I know what im doing

Is there any way for me to put on more weight in MUSCLE I have 12 in. biceps and 19 1/2 in. thighs of pure MUSCLE. I have 4/6 pack abs.
I feel skinny tho, compared to other kids my age, no but I dont realy compare myself other people when it comes to this.

All help is appreciated,

To slow down your metabolism stop eating. It makes your body try to hold on to the weight you already have and keep as much of it as possible. It only takes about a day to do. Sometimes it might go back up... but if you stop your eating for a while it should stay lower. you're a very healthy weight thoughh(:
