Whats the difference between running in the morning, and running in the evening?!
Question: Whats the difference between running in the morning, and running in the evening?
He's right. When your body is in the fasting state, you burn fat or ketones. But when you are fed, you just burn the glucose that you have eaten. So, technically you will probably lose weight faster if you run in the morning, but then you will be much hungrier throughout the day than if you ran at night, so you will need to not let yourself eat as much (if you are trying to lose weight). Also, your body burns fat and ketones more efficiently and so you will probably feel better and run farther in the morning.
In the morning, your body is practically empty so it burns more fat because thats where it gets its energy. In the evening, your body uses up what you ate and then your fat.
