Wisdom teeth experiences?

I'd like to hear your experiences, especially from those who had braces during the extraction. I have braces and I'm getting mine out soon...hopefully before school starts.

I will say this. It was better than getting my tongue pierced.

It was painful, but not that bad. Mine had grown completely in though. So they just had to pull them. They came in str8, but my gums did not properly attach to them so they wanted to pull them. It hurt and was painful, but only for about a week. Actually I went through much much more pain having them grow in. I am glad they came out. It has made things a lot easier for me.

I had braces too, I would compare the pain the that of when you got your braces on, except you will have a lot of swelling with it. After a week you will be good. Just remember to keep the area clean after drinking anyting. You won't want to eat. I ate fat free ice cream out of the blender and ensure shakes. Then cleaned the sockets after putting anything in my mouth.

I am really for real, getting my tongue pierced hurt many many many times worse than getting my wisdom teeth out. That swelling was about three weeks and I could not eat normallly for over a month. My wisdom teeth was about a week.
