I'm starting to feel the pain, the numbness has worn off, I need to ask some questions from people who know. I'm hungry, what should or can I eat? Can I drink my beer, lol? I know I can't smoke, i'm not going to do that even though I want a cigarette really bad They gave me hydrocodone and amoxicillin, I should go ahead and take those to help the pain, mainly i just want to know what I should eat and if I can drink my beer.

Do not drink any alcoholic beverages while taking hydrocodone or any narcotic. As for food, a liquid diet for a day or two is advisable. Then you can try SOFT food! You do not want to pull the blood clot out or you will risk a painful condition called dry socket. If you are really unsure, call your dentist.
