How can i make my teeth whiter?

i dont like the teeth whitening strips because they make my teeth sensitive to cold things. my teeth are kind of yellow and i want them really white!


Answers:

Cut out all sugary and caffeine drinks like coke, coffee, tea cordials. Brush with whitening toothpaste twice a day. See a dentist for suggestions. Don't smoke! it stains your teeth!!!
