My mom says that the apple has a unique liquid that helps whiten your teeth.....Is this true or is she just wanting me to eat fruits? Please state your sources.....

i think it is true. Cause i see a difference when i regularrly eat like 2-3 apples a day for a week. you know what they say..."an apple a day keeps the doctor away" :P
