Is the colgate toothpaste safe if it's from Mexico?!

Is the colgate toothpaste safe if it's from Mexico?

I heard about the colgate toothpaste recall, and was wondering if anyone knew if the colgate made in mexico is safe, or included along with the ones from south africa and china?

I had seen on the news that there should always be a "ADA Approval" symbol on it, and I don't seem to see it on a couple tubes of colgate I have.

No, other countries do not have the regulations that we have when it comes to how much flouride and other chemicals added.
