ok i went dentist about a hour ago she put 4 needles in my mouth and i cant eat drink and i keep biting my tongue lol so anyway is there a quicker version to get rid of this numbness or am i gonna have to wait?

Unfortunately, you mostly just have to wait. Physical exercise can help your body break down the anesthetic somewhat faster, but after a dentist visit, you may not feel like being especially active (and depending on the medications you received, it might not be a good idea). On the whole, I'd say just wait it out.
