My molar is going to be pulled out.?

Im going to the dentist in a few hours, im on my moms account by the way, im 11 yrs old. i had a cavity in it, so they took the cavity out. now there going to extract it but im scared. will it hurt? its already loose, but not really. and yes i know they will numm me. but i had a tooth ache on it, and it has roots in the tooth. will this give pain with them numming me, or its gonna be no problem and i cant feel anything. im not a teen yet lol , still young

yah, its a baby tooth, i have took medecations already, but it hurts when i bite on it. but it has lots of roots on it. so it will hurt a little bit i guess.. is it worse then a shot? sorry for all the questions, im just worried, cuz its not really wiggly, its slightly wiggly.

Awww. sweetie, I work in Pediatric dentistry and oral surgery. It will be numbed with a local anesthetic. First they will use a little topical jelly to numb the area then inject some "sleepy juice." After it it numb you will not feel pain...just pressure. As if someone were pushing on you. They will take a pair of silver "fingers" and wiggle out the tooth. It will bleed for up to a day or two lightly and be tender afterwards. Just listen closely to the post operative instructions you are given. ALL WILL BE FINE! Good luck!
