Braces. spacers? if i have a 2 hour appt. that is for braces,right? i have not had spacers. color suggestions

i want to get either black and blue or black and purple (bands)..i know that peopls say black looks bad but im willing to take that risk....any other color suggestions? i am 14, shoulder length hair (kind of emo skaterish hair). i am a reddish brown (just giving info about me for color suggestions

i have a 15 minute appt. before braces..what is that? sorry about the questions im just a little exited and anticipated.

Some ortho. offices do not put spacers in untill the first appointment.. Being you have a 2 hour apoinment they most likely will put your braces on and your spacers. These are just small little rubber rings that will go between your back teeth. It will make you feel like you have something stuck in your teeth like food or something but do not bother it with your toung. (let it do its job) then within the next cupple of apointments they will put the metal spacers between your teeth if this is what your ortho office does. But as far as colors go.. Pink, turquoise, dark blue are good choices when it comes to making your teeth look whiter. Yellow, white, clear, gold , and black are not good choices being rather they make your teeth look yellow or they will faid and somtimes are stained by diffrent foods. But you will have PLENTY of times to change your mind and find just the right color for you..- Hope this helps!! PS... dont worry .. everybody is a little nervous the first time. It will be ok! Just take a deep breath and know that they know what they are doing. They will be a little sore but other than that you will look great!
