u should floss and brush every morning and every night before bed at least. and i would think the amount of sugar intake and how long u let it stay on your teeth would determine how long it would take for cavities to form. if u feel roughness on your teeth call your dentist.

It would take about 3 to 4 years for a cavity
to form or sooner if you eat a lot of stuff high
in sugars all the time, and it doesn't have to
be just candy.
