My cost effective fix we as follows. Before brushing I would gargle with hydrogen peroxide. Spit it out but didnt rinse my mouth out. It will make your mouth feel foamy and all but clear bacteria. I then would brush my teeth and toungue really good with backing soda. Just spit it out and dont rinse Baking soda is a deoderizor the works extremely well. After all of this I brushed with normal toothpaste. At the end i sometimes would rinse with water but sometimes I didnt. This worked extremely well. On top of all of this make sure you drink plenty of water because your breath can smell when your mouth is dry. This is cheap and effective and will also help whiten your teeth.

brush ur teeth

buy this stuff called Tri-Oral. It works great!

besides basic brushing watch what you eat. stay away from onion, garlic things like that and it wouldn't hurt to eat a plain yogurt in the afternoon it helps mask mouth odors after a meal.

You can always try chlorophyll pills. They're supposed to freshen your breath from the inside out.

Brush your teeth in the morning, after eating, before bed. Also floss, and use listerine. Have a dental cleaning. Buy a soniccare toothbrush if can afford. Have dental problems fixed. Brush your tongue also. These should help. Also, keep some food in stomach to keep acid down

I'm not pointing fingers, but I just read a study that researchers claim obesity is a contributing cause.

Brush teeth thoroughly, brush tongue afterwards so its pink and floss.
Drink plenty of water!

You can start by brushing your tongue while brushing your teeth and swishing with mouthwash for 30 seconds (intense though), and lay off the garlic, and keeping yourself hydrated. If it still persists, then it's usually another problem that you will need to talk to a dentist about (e.g. tonsil issues, gum disease, etc.)

am brush with a strong toothpaste ....possibly CREST and make sure and use alottttt and put alot on your tounge too.

Floss Floss Floss after you floss between each tooth smell the dental floss, I know it sounds distgusting but this will help pin point the location of the rotting food,

Just keep flossing until the smell goes between each one! Then give a good brush and mouth wash.
Will def work!

you could always try brushing three times daily and drinking plenty of water

Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/
