Probably two or three more days at least. Try to chew in the front when you do eat solid food, and if it hurts a lot when it does get toward the back of your mouth, don't eat it anymore (yet).
A few days!..Just go slow until you are comfortable with whatever you are eating. Do take your vitamins especially Vitamin C, and some soup and broth mixtures. You will gradually get back to whole foods. Take care.
