you should bite firmly on gauze until the bleeding stops, if it bleeds longer than you think it should, dampen a small tea bag ... wrap in gauze .. and bite on it until the bleeding stops
do not spit!!!! this will prolong the bleeding ... gauze will catch the blood... the extraction site will continue to ooze even after the bleeding stops
you could probably eat something, just keep it light... and lukewarm

after 24 hours, bleeding should stop, if it doesn't talk to ur dentist. u can drink a thin soup, but becareful of solids getting trapped.

put more gauze in your mouth and bit down on it for another 20 minutes, I had 3 teeth pulled 3 days ago my bleeding lasted for 3 hours or so with oozing for about 4 more hours, you can eat soft food, mashed potatoes soup eggs pudding I had mine pulled at 11:30 had soup and eggs for dinner hope all goes well
