do i really need to get them removed...only one of them hurts and i usually just take asprine and it goes away.

Yes, you should get them all removed. The sooner the better. Mine didn't hurt at all, but I got them removed. You will probably be put to sleep during the procedure and you won't feel a thing. My mom is a dentist and she always tell me that no matter how scared you are, don't close your eyes (unless ur put to sleep) because you will imagine something worse. I was also really scared but it turned out to be OK. So, I'm sure you will be fine too. Good Luck!
