Question: Am paying the price for lazy dental hygene and want to know how much to get these out (no insurance, sorry) and a temp? Is it cheaper to go to a dental training school and if so, where? I live in NE Penna.

Dental schools are great for people who have more time than money. Treatment will take longer, but generally quality of treatment is high.
I suppose your closest dental schools are U. of PA and Temple.

Not sure what exactly you are asking, but I will try and answer the question: You need 7 teeth removed? You don't have insurance/money? Here is what you do: Go to your local biker bar dressed in leather, a bicycle helmet, and pull up on a scooter in the front of the bar. Now that should take care of the teeth removal, but I'm not sure about the temporary...
