You don't even have to use these together. First make a baking soda paste and add in to your favorite toothpast. Baking Soda tasts nasty. After you have rinced your mouth take a cap of hydrogen peroxide and swish it in your mouth. Then brush your teeth again with the HP.
Wash you mouth out well. Your teeth should feel really fresh
enough to wet the brush and cover the brush
Not critical--just mix it to a paste-like consistency.
