Question: well i have a retainer, but i want it to look like braces............how would i do that without permenant damage ( or any damage) to my retainer? plz answer~!~

Ok... I needed braces for a play but we didn't want to pay for some, although I do need real braces. You should talk to your orthadontist about it. I think you can get fake ones made like Ugly Betty America Ferera for her part has fake braces. Talk about it with other people. I hope I helped some. Also for movies they makes them with the make-up artists if you had the money you could try that. That's what I had done.

Are braces a status thing with you? Your health isn't a status thing and your teeth is the first part of you that makes the nutrients for you.
The answer is quite simple...
You could only get a wire retainer if your orthodontist has them available...if not, you will have to pay major $ for one...
Don't bother with it, in 2 years you won't think it's cool to have "fake" braces.
Why would you want to? This is not something that would be a good idea anyways, It could bend the bars or scratch the enamel off your teeth.
