Brushing alone will not whiten your teeth, no matter what kind of toothpaste or baking soda you use. If you don't want to get bleach trays made from your dentist (the best way to whiten), then you can get the Crest Whitestrips or the Rembrandt whitening strips. I've seen them at Wal-Mart, and you can get pretty good results from them. And they're not too expensive, so you can try them out first and if you don't get the results you want, you can see your dentist about the custom trays.

And ask your dentist about this because I don't know the name. They look like Clear Retainers but you put like paste in it and put it on for like 40 minutes and your teeth are whiter.
Baking soda, brush with a little baking soda. But not often.
you know what, to tell you the truth, yellow teeth are the truly healthy ones.. i mean naturally yellow, not because of tartar or something.. remember, teeth are bones too.. a healthy bone is never purely white... but if you really want them white, get a toothpaste with a high fluoride content..
Crest whitestrips are the cheapest way to go. Good job on watching what you are eating. Keep staying away from dark sodas, coffee, and tea which can stain your teeth. Also, remember that if you have any pre-existing crowns or fillings, they will not bleach no matter what whitening product you use. I have seen patients use the over the counter stuff so much they go off the charts in tooth shades and dentists cannot even match it.
