Half of my face is num,b from getting a cavity filled, and I'm really hungry because i haven't had anything for lunch. Are you aloud to eat or drink when your mouth is numb? can I eat stuff??? What can I eat?? I'm so hungry!!

Yes, just ask long as you chew crfully and nothing too hot or too cold. Heat and Coldness can irritate your teeth. Make sure its nothing hard either. You'll be fine to eat sup, pasta, mashed patatoes, and stuff like that. =)
