Why should you use a water pick for braces?
I just got braces 3 weeks ago and my ortho suggested I get a water pick. So, I got one. Why do you need it? How should I effectively use it.
Answers:
A water pick gets stuff that is stuck in your braces out a lot easier than flossing does. You should use it after meals if possible and at a minimum when you brush your teeth before you go to bed.
