I grind my teeth..?
i do it all the time, at night, during the day, i cant help it!!
im doing it as we speak!! lol
the problem is im getting these little holes and my teeth are really sensitive too.
how can i stop!!
gum doesnt work!!
how cannot i prevent these holes from forming?
