When I had an impacted wisdom tooth, I was given something to knock me out, so I didn't feel a thing.
Two years later, I had one pulled in the dentist's office. I didn't feel pain, but there was a lot of pressure, and I didn't enjoy the process.
If you can be put under, do it!
