Braces: concerning the chains on the top half of my mouth?
Hi, I was wondering if it's normal if the chain is not completely around the bracket? It's only around half of the bracket. I would ask my orthodontist, but they're on vacation.

the power chains for one of my tooth was around only half of the bracket the day after the appointment.

if when you say "chains" your talking about the wire, then yes, if your orthodontist put it in that way, its most likely supposed to be like that.
