Toothpaste. Are you a top, middle or bottom squeezer?!

Middle my tubes always look deformed cause there is some above and some below.

When I first get it then top. When there is not enough to just do top, then middle. When I have to force it bottom and shimmy it up to top where I then squeeze the white part!
