Mkay, my friend needs help getting whiter teeth without going to the dentist. Her teeth are like.. yellowish and she needs dental tips, because she wants a greater smile. Every picture shes in, she doesn't give a smile because shes afraid of her teeth cause its stained.. any tips for whiting them?
Answers:
The over-the-counter whitening kits really do work. I can't afford whitening at the dentist, so that's what I use. Also, she should swish 1 capful of undiluted peroxide around in her mouth for 30 seconds twice a day. This helps A LOT.
