well, I suggest going to the dentist. Honestly dont feel bad cuz most of my teeth are fillings, sadly. Theres this tooth paste called gel Kam and it works awesomly! Also use oral-b with flouride. What you need is LOTS of flouride. Thats what my dentist told me. Because it strengthens your teeth, prevents furhter cavities, and even whitens them. I've been using this stuff and it really works! Don't forget to floss! ;)

Drill out the rot, coat it with an antiseptic and fill it with gold.

If you have insurance, I suggest you go and have it filled. It may not be hurting now, but it doesn't mean that it's harmless.
