if your only bleaching your teeth every 12 months then you should be alright...im a dental assistant and i have bleached my teeth for the past 2 years every 6 months and i dont have any problems at all so i doubt you will...

it depends on the material that the dentist use...

some will make your teeth sensitive but some is not,,, better follow the instruction of the dentist strictly to get the best result..

There is a point when bleaching becomes harmful to your teeth. It is when you are bleaching every day(or close to it) for an extended length of time and never feel that you r teeth are white enough. Once a year or even twice a year for 2weeks at a time will not damage your teeth.
