Im in such much PAIN... I got like this like 5 days ago. I went to dentist and he only gave me 875mg antibiotics..I didn't have pain before but now it got even more swollen and it hurts like crazy..I figure the antibiotic will make it better ...but to me it seem that it got worst...I also have MVP so Im afraid to stick a needle ..Where do I stick the neddle so the pus comes out ? HELP the pain is REALLY !!!! BAD

Keep taking the antibiotic as prescribed, then call your dentist and explain that you are in pain and in need of an emergency appointment.
In a situation like this, while you are waiting for the antibiotic to bring that raging infection under control, the dentist might do what's called an incision and drainage.
An Incision & Drainage procedure involves cutting open the abscess, then stitching in a piece of rubber tubing called a Penrose drain so the pus can keep draining out instead of building up pressure and causing pain. If you have been taking the antibiotics as prescribed, it should have already built up its concentration in your bloodstream, so the antibiotics should protect you from endocarditis (which people with MVP are susceptible to).
When nearing the end of your antibiotics course, your dentist can then do the definitive treatment.
