Canker sores?
Does any one have any idea what they are and why they are caused? I know someone who gets them very very often and bad when brushing their teeth. He is trying to find a natural toothpaste that may less aggervate his mouth. What helps the symptoms?
Answers:
Canker sores have no known cause. They occur most often to younger people & usually after they have eaten or drank something hot/spicy/sour.
Go to webmd.com & do a search for canker sore. There is a list of the symptoms and a few things that may soothe the sore.
If a toothpaste doesn't help, consider buying a smaller toothbrush. My sister used to get a lot of cankersores, but they've healed since she switched to children's softer toothbrushes. They're not as harsh on the gums & often made for gentle cleaning.
