Chronic Kankers?!

Question: I am constantly getting kanker sores on the inside of my mouth. I think I may be biting my lip in my sleep to cause it, but I don't know...I heard they are mainly caused by stress or an upset stomach. Any advice?

It's a possibility that you're biting yourself while sleeping.
You can also get them if your sick with the flu like when you throw up. Go to a store that sells numbing jel for kankers.
