my teeth is really straight but i know i still have an overbite...and its been 4 years now since ive had braces..i was wondering whether to ask my ortho to apply a herbst appliance to my teeth...a herbst appliance corrects an overbite..anyone know if its too late or no? i dont mind getting it since i want my overbite to be gone

i dont know if i aready have it but i have 4 at the bottom that are like metal (silver color) and its around 2 of my teeth in the very back section and same for the top

It's never too late, I am 30 and just got braces in January.
If it bothers you then you should definitely get it fixed. Everyone told me that my teeth weren't that bad, but they bothered me so I got braces.
