I'm just wondering if there is any way of whitening my teeth without buying products like teeth whitening kits?

Baking soda helps a little because of the abrasiveness but check in dollar type stores. Many whitening kits have been updated and changed and these dollar stores have some of the earlier brands and kits available real cheap. I found some in "Dollar Tree" and "Big Lots". The main ingredient is hydrogen peroxide but there's no real way to use it alone. The kits have a gel based tube with the peroxide in it so it stays on your teeth for 15-20 minutes which is where the whitening comes in.
