Do you recommend Crest White Strips?!

Question: I don't. They may work, but only one day of trial made my teeth so extra sensitive - even the cool air that enters my mouth when I talk hurts, not to mention eating! I use old-fashioned whitening trays (such as Rembrandt) - they work great and no sensitivity develops.
