Can a retainer close the gap that my braces couldnt?!

Question: im supposed to get my braces of in a couple of days, but i see about 3 gaps that still havnt closed. does my orthodontist close them himself after he removes my braces? or would he give me a retainer for that?

Talk to him about it. Gaps can literally close overnight with braces but its just the matter of keeping them closed.
If he can't close the gaps with your retainer, you may have to extend when you get your braces off.
Ask for power bands to close the gaps really fast. They hurt a bit but they're so worth it.
