Are proximal cavities hard to fix?!

Question: No, they are pretty easy to fix usually. That is probably the most common type of filling... dentists do them all day long. Proximal just means that the cavity is between the teeth. Take care.

THESE ARE NOT HARD AT ALL BECAUSE THESE ARE THE MOST FREQUENT TYPES FOUND.

not at all , if it is small to moderate a filling would be enough , if its large enough then it can be treated with extra orally fabricated restorations such as inlays and onlays , in worse cases we can give a crown .... ask ur dentist for more info on material choices

They are usually standard fare for dentists.
The real problem is for you, because interproximal decay and restoration is more likely to have difficulties and failures in the long term than for occlusal or buccal caries.
Most interproximal caries nowadays is caused by too many sweet drinks like soft drinks, juices, sports drinks, cordials,... so have a good look at your diet and try to drink mostly fluoridated tap water.
