How do you correctly put the rubberbands on your top and lower braces?!

Question: Well everyone one is different and will need them put on in a different way. Ive had bands for 6 months now but they change the position there ment to be in.

Unless you mean how r u actualy ment to put them on? Well i found it quite hard at first just look in the mirror and pull the band or your authodontist may have given you miniture plastic pliers to help
