Wisdom teeth-- when will it start hurting (sorry and thanks)?!

Question:

Wisdom teeth-- when will it start hurting (sorry and thanks)?

Sorry, questions about wisdom teeth are probably asked a lot, but I intend to be drugged up in just a few minutes, so I don't feel like digging through and finding the information.

My question is: when will it start hurting? I had my wisdom teeth chopped out, oh, and hour ago. I just got home, but I can't feel a thing. I assume it'll start hurting as soon as the numbness goes away, but I'd like to know what I'm in for... how is it? Is it bad? Anything you can tell me, thanks in advance!

Answers:

To tell you the truth, it's not that bad. Yea it hurts the first day and you feel crummy, but that's to be expected. To help healing, I don't know what papers they gave you, but in my papers it said to drink Iced Tea to help, and I drank Razeberry iced tea, and it helped ALOT. The antioxidents help I believe.

I know you can't eat much, but before you take meds try to eat. I was given Vicodin but it just made me throw up, so I didn't take them after the first day. I was fine pain wise.
