Gingivitis?

I notice when I brush my teeth my gums are starting to receed. Is this gingivitis? And if so how do you get rid of it?

Answers:

Its possible. I would go to the dentist. Our gums can tell us a lot about our health. A dentist is the only one who can tell for sure. It could be something else.
