They didn't hurt for me much either. They didn't hurt at all the first two or three days...by the end of the week, they hurt a bit, but were more annoying than anything. (Give it a few days before you celebrate :))
Let's see...soup, noodles, jello...you can eat pretty much whatever actually if you can chew with your front teeth...it just might take a little longer. I ate cereal and granola bars almost every day I had spacers - it just took forever to eat.

icecream, jelly, soft bread!
it didn't hurt for me much either.

yah i had them wen i got braces
tri jello or ice cream

mac and cheese, ice cream

First you have to run around in circles screaming the Oscar Myer Wiener song as loud as you can. Then you fart anywhere in public where theres alot of people. If that doesnt work try standing on your head for an hour then do jumping jax naked with your parents on the roof. Trust me. It always works for me. Hope this helped you!!!

peanut butter. refried bean tacos.

i had spacers put in like a year ago...this is normalyou may want to eat meatballs they r filling and they help!!!

Give it a day - you will wish you never had teeth

Prepare to resist the urge to floss!

Anything that doesn't require a lot of chewing is okay.

Mine hurt after a few hours and it was hard to eat for about a week. Good choices for soft foods are pudding, jello, ice cream, yogurt, mashed sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, bread dipped in soup, rice, smoothies and sorbet. Good luck with them.

I like apple sauce...sugar free of course!!!
Yams with a little butter
Pasta meals without meat...
Oatmeal
Stuff like that...
Avoid sticky and hard foods, I actually had one of my spacers pop from trying to eat sunflower seeds....oops.

Foods you can eat, yogurt, icecream, jello, mashed potatos, and pudding.

i continued eating everything i used to, except sticky chewey stuff

Just stay with soft foods,.... i dont really know because mine did not hurt at all except for when they put them in but it hurts sooo much worse to have spacers and then put the band on than to not have spacers and they just put the band on (i had it done twice--very uncomfortable)
