Is it possible to sing karaoke one day after wisdom teeth removal?!

I had all four wisdom teeth removed and for about the next forty eight hours, my whole mouth was numb and sore. Heck, I couldn't even tell if I was drooling or if anything was on my chin for that matter, since it was so swollen/numb. You'll be bleeding quite a bit, too; and like I said, your mouth is going to be sore, so any movement will agitate the hell out of you (for lack of better words). You'll probably have some gauze strips or whatever in your mouth for a bit to prevent yourself from swallowing all that blood, too, lol.
EDIT - As far as painkillers and such go: if you go to a good dentist/operator, then you shouldn't really need to use the prescribed painkiller medication. My dentist (or whatever they're called) gave me some Percocet (form of Oxycodone)...but I used it maybe once and I was out cold in a couple of minutes, haha.

That'll depend on how much pain you're in..if you're not in too much pain, you can sing karaoke...not necessarily well, but u can sing it ^_^
Narp. Your throat will hurt real bad in most cases. If not that you may have the after effects of the nova cain. Trust me, bad idea.
Yeah, you can if the surgery doesn't bother you too bad.
You're going to be drugged up for maybe a week, but that shouldn't keep you from singing by itself. I played in a baseball game the night I got mine taken out...
If you want to sound funny and have to take alot of painkillers.

you might be able to if you take like 5 advils a hour.
