Average is about $750 per tooth. Depending on the dentist, and where you live (more dentists=more competition=better prices), it can run from $500 to $1000 per. Where I live, Middle of Nowhere Land it was just over $1000. I haven't done it yet, but am planning a dental "vacation" to Seattle to have it done (about $700 per tooth).
