Question: when i go to bed every night, i dont know why but i always end up biting on my tongue, cheeks, or biting on my teeth. and in the morning it hurts... do you know anything that can help me stop?

sounds like teeth grinding, go to the dentist they will make you a mouth thingy you put in its kinda like a retainer, or they sell them at the store but its not custom fit for your mouth. its called a mouth gaurd (sp?)
dont do drugs
Go tot he dentist and explain to them they can help better than a bunch of bored Internet surfers
you can probably get a bite plate..or an insert from an orthodontist!
That's really horrible, I'd hate it if I did that!

you can buy a night guard its like a mouth guard and it keeps you from grinding your teeth while you sleep.....
you can purchase a bite guard.
best to get it from a dentist, b/c then you know it will fit properly
My wife used to do this a lot, but she went to the dentist and got her a mouth guard. It helps her stop grinding her teeth and accidently biting her cheeks and she doesn't do it anymore. Although at that time we spent over $100 on the mouth guard, it now sells at Walgreens or CVS for under $20.

You can make your own night guard for 97cents from Walmart. Get a mouth guard like they use in football. The directions are on the package. But if your teeth start hurting more you don't have a good fit. Either re-do it, or go to the dentist and pay 300 dollars and lose it the next week LOL.
