I appear to grind my teeth when I'm sleeping how do I stop?!

Question: I dont know that I grind my teeth when I sleep but I do, a friend told me how do I stop.

there are some stuff that protect that I use(I apperantly grind my teeth too)

There is a bite splint/guard that you can buy at most stores such as Walmart and CVS that you sleep with and it stops your teeth from grinding.

you can buy a night guard. they sell it at target & other stores. or you can tell your dentist to make one, but i think it would cost alot

See your dentist to see if you have done any damage to your teeth.
A dental guard is expensive likley $300.
