You are suppose to have 4 wisdom teeth 2 upper back 2 lower bottom. It can cause loss of balance if the swelling is close to your inner ear canal and it is. Best to go to dentist get them extracted. ZZ
Usually they come in on the bottom, top, or both. Mine only came in on the top and had to be removed because they were growing straight along the jaw bone and pressing against the other molars. Not fun at all, they had to cut my gums open and break them up to remove them.
