Okay, I haven't worn my retainer for about a month and a half, i was supposed to wear it just at night when i slept, if i start wearing it everyday now, will my teeth go back how they're supposed to?

If that retainer no longer fits or causes a lot of pain when you put it back on, you need a new retainer.
Jamming on a retainer that no longer fit will traumatize your tooth roots with excessive force. If severe enough, the trauma may destroy the tooth roots through inflammatory root resorption.
Go back to your orthodontist and see what can be done if that's the case.
